O’Reilly Public Relations (OPR) is owned and operated by Patrick J. O’Reilly, an accomplished and highly respected public relations professional with hundreds of successful communications campaigns and projects to his credit. O’Reilly has built the firm with former political and media professionals with extensive local community ties and knowledge.

OPR was formed on August 1, 2001. Prior to forming OPR, O’Reilly founded the Inland Empire division of the largest independently owned public relations agency in the State of California through the decades of the 1980s & 1990s. It received numerous awards for client service in the areas of public affairs, public relations, marketing, investor relations, public information and political campaigns. Before being named President of this firm, O’Reilly built the Inland Empire operation into what eventually became the company’s largest and most profitable division.
